Once your order has been marked as "fulfilled & shipped" and shows on the according tracking link that the postal carrier is in possession of your package, Peabody & Co LLC waives all further liability of your order from that point on. We are not in control nor held responsible for damages/incidents caused once your order leaves our physical possession. If your order is damaged &/or lost/stolen while under the postal carrier,
please contact the pertaining carrier company & file a claim with them.
We have no control over your package once it is no longer in our possession.
